Shipping & Returns
We ship apparel Worldwide.
All orders process within 2 -7 business days unless noted otherwise. This does not include shipping time. If you would like your order faster, feel free to contact us with your order number. We will do our best to work within your time frame.
Pre-order items will have a time frame for ordering and estimated ship date.
• All USA orders include Tracking.
• All apparel is shipped USPS First Class unless upgraded. First Class includes tracking but is not insured if lost or stolen. Please consider upgrading to Priority Mail if you would like $50 Insurance or to receive your package sooner.
Estimated Delivery: 2 - 5 Business Days (Does not include processing time)
• All International orders are shipped First Class.
• International Orders do not include tracking outside the US. If you would like to add international tracking to your package, upgrade your order at checkout to Priority International.
Estimated Delivery: 10 - 25 Business Days (Does not include processing time, some countries may take longer for delivery)
Savage Seeds is not responsible for any VAT (value added tax) by Customs on overseas shipping. This may occur in some counties. Please check with your customs department in advance to assess how much this will cost you at the time of delivery.
You will be sent a shipping notification when your order ships - check your email junk folder, it may be there. If you are within the USA or purchased overseas tracking, your tracking number will be included in this email.
Savage Seeds is not responsible for USPS mistakes, lost or stolen items. If you are concerned about delivery to your address and would like to add insurance, please upgrade your shipping accordingly at checkout. Packages that show 'Delivered' on tracking will not be replaced.
If you upgrade your shipping to Priority, you are responsible for filing your own insurance claim with USPS. We will of course help in this process how ever we can and do our best to find your package from our end. Priority Mail US is not guaranteed 2-3 business days - this is an estimate from USPS. After packages leave our hands it is up to USPS to process swiftly.
The address you provide at checkout needs to be correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address. Orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect address or USPS error will need to purchase shipping for us to resend.
Returns & Exchanges
We want all of our costumers to be 100% happy & satisfied with their purchase!
Exchanges and Returns are available on domesic orders only.
To receive a refund or exchange on our apparel contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted in original condition. Not washed or worn. We must receive your return/exchange within 3 weeks of delivery date. Be mindful of how you package your return/exchange - Items must arrive folded and not damaged by mail.
All sales are final on Ceramic Mugs & Handmade Banners. Mugs are ONLY available to ship within the USA due to shipping prices.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. No shipping costs will be refunded. A refund or exchange will be processed after the item/s are returned in original condition. Refunds will be for purchase price only. Exchanges will receive a Shop credit code to purchase a new item. Amount will be for item price only - no shipping costs will be refunded.
Please refer to sizing chart on each listing and note that our apparel runs on the small side - so when in doubt, get the next size up.
Colors may appear different based on your monitor/screen settings - Please take this into consideration when purchasing.
