Shipping Information

All orders process within 2 -7 business days unless noted otherwise. This does not include shipping time. If you would like your order faster, feel free to contact us with your order number.

USA SHIPPING:

• All USA orders include Tracking.

• All orders are shipped USPS First Class unless upgraded. First Class includes tracking but is not insured if lost or stolen. Please consider upgrading to Priority Mail if you would like $50 Insurance or to receive your package sooner.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• All International orders are shipped 1st Class.

• International Orders do not include Tracking outside the US. Savage Seeds is not responsible for orders once they leave the US unless tracked. If you would like to add tracking to your package, please upgrade your order at checkout.

Estimated Delivery: 10 -14 Business Days (Does not include Processing time)

Savage Seeds is not responsible for any VAT (value added tax) by Customs on overseas shipping. This may occur in some counties. Please check with your customs department in advance to assess how much this will cost you at the time of delivery.

ALL ORDERS US & OVERSEAS:

1st Class Shipping: Savage Seeds is not responsible for your package once it has been confirmed by tracking that it was delivered. If you are concerned about delivery to your address and would like to add insurance, please upgrade your shipping accordingly at checkout.

If you upgrade to Priority Mail you are responsible for recovering your $50 Insurance. We will of course help in this process how ever we can and do our best to find your package from our end.

Returns & Exchanges

We want all of our costumers to be 100% happy & satisfied with their purchase!

To receive a refund or exchange on our Apparel Items please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Returns will only be accepted in original condition. Not washed or worn.

Customer is responsible for both return shipping and original shipping.  A refund will be processed after the item/s are returned in original conduction. Refunds will be for purchase price only. Custom Orders & Personalized items are not refundable.

Please refer to sizing chart on each listing and note that American Appeal runs on the small side - so when in doubt, get the next size up.

Colors may appear different based on your monitor/screen settings - Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

All sales are FINAL on Handmade Plush Toys, Costumes, Wings and Messenger Bags.
